Business FAQ
How offers, QR scanning, redemptions, and volunteer rewards work for local businesses.
Create a business account, publish the perks or offers you want verified volunteers to redeem, and train your staff to use the business dashboard when a volunteer comes in.
Your business dashboard includes a scan-and-redeem flow. Staff can scan a volunteer QR code or use the manual redemption path when scanning is not practical.

Common offers include discounts, free products, samples, classes, services, experiences, gift cards, or store credit. The best offers are simple for staff to understand and valuable enough that volunteers feel appreciated.
Karma redemptions are not credit-card transactions. You define the offer and Karma requirement, and the app records the redemption. Any future paid plans or premium business tools would be separate from reward redemption.
